Welcoming 2025: A Year for Creativity, Adventure, and New Beginnings

As we step boldly into 2025, I can’t help but feel the buzz of excitement in the air. This is the year to embrace creativity, take risks, and chase dreams with reckless abandon. A new chapter has opened, and it’s brimming with possibility.

For me, 2025 is shaping up to be an amazing adventure. I’ve got a lot of new tattoos planned, each one a story etched into my skin, celebrating growth, resilience, and passion. There’s something so freeing about expressing yourself through art—and that’s a theme you’ll see reflected in everything I’m working on this year.

Speaking of projects, I’m thrilled to announce that new merchandise is dropping soon in the online shop! Each piece has been designed with heart and intention, and I can’t wait for you to check it out. Whether you’re looking for something bold or something understated, there’s a little piece of my creative journey waiting for you there. The current shop merchandise will be removed on Friday, Janurary 3rd.2025. with New Shop up on January 20th.

But that’s not all—I’ve been quietly working on a new poetry book, and I couldn’t be more excited to share it with you. Poetry has always been a way for me to connect, to tell stories, and to capture moments that matter. This book will dive deep into themes of transformation, love, and the beauty of imperfection. It’s still in the works, but trust me, it’s worth the wait.

Excerpt - At one time they loved me. At one time I loved them. Then I realized it was time to set sail into the sunset for there is a paradise waiting for me.

On a more personal health note, I’ve been focusing on maintaining a regular workout routine and a healthy diet. It’s amazing how much better you feel when you prioritize your body and mind. Currently doing 200 plus push ups a day with lots of 5 mile walks. So feeding myself healthy food has become a necessity. One of my go-to meals lately has been this quick and delicious dinner.

Salmon Lemon Broccoli Dinner:

Ingredients:

• 2 salmon fillets

• 1 head of broccoli (cut into florets)

• 1 lemon (sliced and juiced)

• 2 tbsp olive oil

• 2 cloves garlic (minced)

• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Arrange the salmon and broccoli on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

3. Drizzle with olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

4. Lay the lemon slices on top of the salmon for extra flavor.

5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is flaky and the broccoli is tender.

It’s healthy, flavorful, and perfect for a busy weeknight!

I’ve also been exploring ways to better manage my ADHD, and one thing that’s been incredibly helpful is listening to binaural noise. Whether it’s focusing on a project or winding down after a busy day, this simple tool has been a game-changer. If you’ve been curious about it, I highly recommend giving it a try. I am a huge fan of Brown or Pink noise as well. I know very strange indeed.

Charley Marshall Tattoo by Jeffery Page

I found myself giving more love to others than myself as I knew what it was like to not feel loved. So, in return It also seemed easy to love those who were like those who didn’t give me love.
