PRAISE an Idol

We will all praise an idol.

Look to hold a title.

Conquer a fear. 

Shed a tear. 

Living this life with no recital.

Uncomprehending 

Up ands downs

Dodging lefts and rights

Trying not to frown

Never slowing down

Hurdling obstacles with stride

Showing an inner glow

Shining of gold from the inside.

Bright as a future

One way direction

 

Straight forward 

Join or jump

No slowing down 

We are destined 

For a path

So far unfound 

Yet faith

Belief

And drive

Is all that is needed.

Regardless of our lives

Chasing dreams

One day we will Believe 

Something bigger  

This planet being our only king. 

Recycled is life

More devastating than a knife

We can't face it . Our own death is in sight.
